Yes, we design and manufacture our own products in Istanbul, Turkey. All our raw materials are ethically sourced from our local partners. We have a sustainable trusted local partner eco system so that we provide the best quality service for a long time.

Which countries do you ship to?
We ship Worldwide with UPS, Fed-ex or TNT express post. You will get the tracking number.

- I still haven’t received my order, What can I do?
Your order is of the utmost importance. If there is an unforeseen issue to arise, please contact us so it can be handled swiftly and promptly. If it doesn’t arrive in expected time, wait few more days, please don’t worry, if something happens to your order, we can always refund your money or resend the package.

- Customs and import taxes
We do not charge sales tax. We ship worldwide, we don’t have any custom issues normally. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes if that may apply in their country. We are always happy to help if you need any extra documents for customs if needed, please contact us.

We gladly accept returns, exchanges and cancellations

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
